September 1: The NASCAR Whelen All American Series Tri-Holiday Classic Championship Finale is Saturday, September 1st at the Stockton 99 Speedway featuring NASCAR Western Late Models (100-Lap) plus Grand American Modifieds and Star Racing Supply Modifieds, Super Stocks, Pure Stocks, Basically4 Cylinders, and Mini Cups. Grandstands open at 4pm, racing begins at 6pm.
September 1: Placerville Speedway’s Windfall Night, the “Big Trophy Night/Points Race #16” is Saturday, September 1st. Gates open at 5pm.
September 1: The Albany Twilight Car Show is Saturday, September 1st at the Goodyear Service Center in Albany from 7pm to 9pm.
September 1-2: The 5th Annual Louie Vermeil Classic featuring the USAC/CRA, the Western Classic Series and the Western States Midgets, is Saturday, September 1st and Sunday September 2nd at the half mile oval of the famous Calistoga Speedway.
