Kyle Larson, the 19 year-old USAC Champion from Elk Grove, finished in 9th place after qualifying 6th in his first start in the series.

Upcoming Race: Saturday, April 14th, the Toyota/NAPA 150 at Havasu 95 Speedway.

Derek Thorn from Lakeport, is in 5th place in the 2012 points standings.

Eric Holmes from Escalon, the 3-time Champion, is in the 8th spot in the points.

Ryan Philpott from Tracy, is in the 16th position in the points standings.

Brady Flaherty from Wilton, is in 21st place in the points to start the year.

Dylan Hutchison from Fair Oaks: The 17 year-old rookie is currently in 23rd in the 2012 standings.

Trevor Cristiani from Ukiah: Another 17 year-old rookie, is in 25th place after the first race.

Justin Funkhouser from Paradise: Justin starts the year in 28th place in the points.

Jack Sellers from Sacramento:The 67 year-old veteran racer and team owner struggled in the first race of the year and is in the 29th spot in the standings.

Last Weekend’s Race: Saturday, March 17th, the Ford EcoBoost 300 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Upcoming Race: Saturday, March 24th, the Royal Purple 300 at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, CA.

T.J. Bell from Sparks, NV started 33rd and raced to a 34th place finish after being involved in a wreck. T.J. is still 21st in the Nationwide points standings.


Scott Speed
from Manteca: Scott qualified in the 22nd position and finished 41st after a vibration caused him to drop out after just 6 laps.

A.J. Allmendinger from Los Gatos qualified in the 2nd spot and finished in 17th place, after leading 54 laps. A.J. moved up 4 spots, and is now in 26th place in the points standings.

Jeff Gordon from Vallejo started 4th, finished 35th and lead one lap. Jeff dropped 6 spots to 23rd in the points standings.

Brady Flaherty from Wilton, qualified 24th and came home in 21st.

Dylan Hutchison from Fair Oaks: The 17 year-old rookie qualified 24th but had to start in the back after missing the driver’s meeting. Dylan raced to a 24th place finish in only his 2nd race in the series.

Trevor Cristiani from Ukiah: Another 17 year-old rookie, qualified 25th and finished 25th in his first race in the series.

Justin Funkhouser from Paradise: Justin qualified 29th and struggled to a 28th place finish.

Jack Sellers from Sacramento:The 67 year-old veteran racer and team owner struggled to finish in 29th place.

Last Weekend’s Race: Saturday, March 3rd, the Bashas’ Supermarkets 200 at Phoenix International Raceway.
Upcoming Race: Saturday, March 10th, the Sam’s Town 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

T.J. Bell from Sparks, NV started 41st and raced to a 29th place finish. T.J. is now 17th in the Nationwide points standings.
