The California Hot Rod Reunion presented by the Automobile Club of Southern California is produced by and benefits the NHRA Motorsports Museum, an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) educational and cultural organization. All Reunion proceeds (ticket sales, racer entries, merchandise sales, memberships, and donations) directly support the daily operations, program and events of the Museum.

Chester Ave Cruise
The Chester Avenue Cruise is every second Friday from 6pm to 10pm on Chester Avenue in Downtown Bakersfield.
Monthly cruise 2nd Friday every month.
We encourage attendees to organize early bird meetups throughout kern County and roll in together. If you would like to host a meeting location please post in the Chester Ave Downtown Cruise group.
The event is a rebirth of a past tradition that we want to see become a new tradition. This is a family friendly event. Spectators bring chairs and family and have fun while still following local rules. There is no requirement to be a participant, bring your classic car, truck, motorcycle, moped or even your brand new mini van. This is a place to relieve the stress and escape the confinement of home.
While participating or spectating we ask that you please take time to support local restaurants while maintaining local rules and guidelines.
We want to continue this as a tradition. Please do not encourage or participate in drinking and driving, no burnouts and no excessive speed.
