GATE 40 WILL REOPEN FOR REGISTRATION AT 8:00 AM SATURDAY MORNING AND REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 4:00 PM SATURDAY NIGHT.

CAMPSITE REGULATIONS
* Tents and Trailers will be allowed, Minimal Hookups for Location (First Come First Serve)
* All campsites must be left the way they were taken, Clean and Tidy, in order for this event to grow each year, this is a regulation set by the Kern County Fairgrounds. Site trash cans are available for all campers use, all sites that are left trashed will Be documented and reviewed for the next years event.

RULES FOR THE EVENT:
* ALL ENTRY/EXIT IS THROUGH GATE 40, Located at the South side of the park off Ming Ave.
* You must provide your driver’s license when checking in at the show registration area along with a copy of valid Insurance and Registration to participate in the Cruz.
* No trailers or Tow Vehicles inside show grounds.
* All BBQ pits must have fire extinguishers and must be gas, all campsites that use charcoal BBQ grills must take there ashes with them and not dispose on site.
* No pets. No golfcarts/ATV’s/side-by-sides. No glass bottles. No DJ’s/bands. No burnouts. NO STOCK VEHICLES IN SHOW AREA, NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Tents and Trailers will be allowed, Minimal Hookups for Location (First Come First Serve).
• This is a All Ages Event,
* No Drugs, No Weapons, No Glass Beer Bottles, Any and all glass bottles found will be confiscated and kept until the end of the event, same with weapons.
* OPEN FLAME FIRES ALLOWED AS LONG AS THEY ARE MORE THEN 24” OFF THE GROUND, HAS A CONCRETE BASE BELOW THE FIRE PIT, MUST HAVE A UP TO DATE FIRE EXTINGUISHING DEVICE ON SITE, MUST BE CONTAINED IN A BARREL SHAPE DEVICE, MUST NOT BE UNDER ANY CANOPY OR COVERING THAT MAY CATCH FIRE, AND ALL COALS AND ASHES MUST BE REMOVED BY YOUR CAMP MEMBERS, ANY AND ALL COALS WILL RESULT IN FINE OR POSSIBLE BAN FROM EVENT FOR FUTURE YEARS.
* No pets allowed on site, do to hazard and risk one may be bitten
* Cruising will be allowed, absolutely NO BURNOUT, if caught Ejection from the event without refund, and potential Ban from next years event!
* Clubs who are registering together, if you pre Reg you must all show at same time to take over multiple campsites, do to limited hookups, sites can not be saved.
* ENTRY GATE WILL OPEN AT 12:00PM THURSDAY FOR PRE REG, VENDORS, SPONSORS AND CLOSE AT 8PM THURSDAY EVENING.
* GATES WILL REOPEN AT 10AM FRIDAY FOR REMAINING PRE REG, VENDORS, SPONSORS AND LATE ENTRIES AND DAY OF ENTRIES, FEBRUARY 14TH AND REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 12:00 AM SATURDAY MORNING.
GATE 40 WILL REOPEN FOR REGISTRATION AT 8:00 AM SATURDAY MORNING AND REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 4:00 PM SATURDAY EVENING! NO NEW ENTRY PAST 4PM ALL
RIDERS OR PASSENGERS MUST BE PRESENT BEFORE 4PM SATURDAY AFTERNOON
