Hello and greetings from the High Sierra’s and the Committee of Recycled Relics Show & Shine.
Please find attached an invitation to attend a new and upcoming car event, a Show & Shine (Recycled Relics) in Sierra Valley California. It gives me great pleasure and privilege to be part of this new endeavor to be held in Loyalton, Sierra Valley California June 6th 2015.
This event is a NON-PROFIT Show & Shine with courtesy’s being extended and represented by the Recycled Relics Committee Members, East & West Sierra County Chamber of Commerce, City of Loyalton, California Highway Patrol, Sierra County Sheriff’s Department, Fire Department and local business’s. Our intent of this event is to insure a pleasant, comfortable, relaxing fun in the sun event in the most pristine Alpine valley in North America being we are located 5000 feet above Sea Level here in the High Sierra Nevada’s. We wish that those attending will place this event as one of their premier destination for their summer car events/activities. This event is a downtown Loyalton highway 49 event.
In celebration of this new Car Show we have labeled (Recycled Relics Show & Shine) there will be NO car registration fees for this year’s event or any other cost incurred by the vehicle owner other than your own personal expenses. This is our way of expressing sincere gratitude to all Car Clubs and independents who wish to attend this event. We are in earnest trying to get this once great event here in Sierra Valley off the ground again.
If you know of venders, a $10.00 booth/site fee, nothing else, nothing less, nothing more and no profit sharing. We stand behind this attitude as we want return vendors and your participation and patronage to this event. Checks for a booth site will be made out to the Eastern Sierra Valley Chamber Of Commerce, P.O. Box 355, Loyalton CA 96118.
If in some way you would consider this event and attend, or pass the word on to your car clubs and their members and or any other car organizations or independents including vendors to participate and or consider this event, it would be greatly appreciated. Again, please find attached information & registration for you and or other organizations.
I respectfully request if you plan on participation, either call, email or send in your registration using the header: Sierra Valley Recycled Relics Show & Shine.
Loyalton has a long main street, we have plenty of room even if you should just happen to show up!
My best regards,
Michael H. Welbourn Terry LeBlanc (Terry The Trashman)
